BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Seiland House AS does not share personal information with third parties and store the information delivered by you only for processing your reservation.

  • Delivery

2.1 For groups:

Minimum group size is 10 people, maximum size is 50.

A deposit payment will confirm your booking:

  • 25 % deposit is to be paid upon booking.
  • The remaining 75 % is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
  • Extras like drinks, services and activities will be invoice after.

Your group bookings can be cancelled as follows:

  • We will refund you the full amount prior to 3 months of cancellation.
  • Between 3 months and 2 weeks before we will charge 25 % of the reservation.
  • Two weeks prior to arrival we will charge you 100 % of the reservation.
  • Same cancellation rules above applies to reduction in numbers of participants.

2.2 For individual travellers / FITS who book online:

To guarantee your reservation:

  • 100 % prepayment is to be paid upon reservation.
  • Extras, alcohol drinks, etc. is to be paid before leaving Seiland.

In case of cancellation:

  • We will refund you the full amount prior to 1 month of cancellation.
  • From 2 – 3 weeks before we will charge 50 % of the full amount.
  • One week prior to arrival we will charge you 100 % full amount of the reservation.

2.3 Check-in and check-out:

  • Ordinary check-in times are from 15.00 and check-out before 11.00 or by appointment.

2.4 Important:

Reservations in Seiland House are with 2 nights minimum.

We require following information:

Name, Address, Nationality, Telephone number, with country code, Email

Flight information (in case that you ordered pick up)

Allergies or dietary requirements

2.5 Other information and requirements:

  1. Drinks:

The events include all the described meals (food and drink) according to the offer. Alcoholic beverages and VAT are normally not included.

  1. Safety, health:

Guests are obliged to follow the safety instructions and the instructions provided by the organizer and should have relevant insurance to cover the activity they are participating in.

Each guest is obliged in good time to make the organizer aware of any health conditions that should be taken into consideration during the event.

  1. Weather conditions or force majeure:

In case of particularly difficult weather conditions, which means that the planned arrangement/event cannot be carried out, we will cancel due to safety reasons or no visibility. In this case Seiland House will not give you a refund. The participant must take this cost with his/her insurance company.

  1. Clothing:

For the events, the usual leisure attire adapted to the season is recommended. In addition, guests should bring a warm jacket or sweater and outerwear that is wind resistant. A lightweight walking bag for extra underwear, toiletries etc. is also recommended.

  1. Legal basis of the contract:

Consumers who book packed travel are secured through the Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund. For partners, corporate customers etc., Norwegian law and Norwegian contract law apply.
